The jewelry here is BEAUTIFUL and I personally think it's worth the cost, since they have a lifetime guarantee on their items. I went because I enjoy the pick-a-pearl section where you can choose and open an oyster for a pearl and then choose a setting for the pearl, or simply take the Pearl home. I think it's a really fun experience to do in Hawaii (even though I know these kinds of things are available in a lot of other cities and states), but not every place taps and blesses the oyster before opening it and you can't get these kinds of jewelry pieces anywhere but Hawaii. Added bonus: every pearl came out beautifully round and evenly colored (I opened 3 and one oyster had 2 white pearls nearly identical in size and beautifully coated, 1 had a lovely lavender pearl, and one had a deep black pearl - all were so pretty!). Maui Divers is the way to go for gorgeous jewelry from Hawaii!"
