What does the Forever Guarantee cover?

Maui Divers Jewelry guarantees every purchase against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. If a defect is due to workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace the jewelry unconditionally and without charge.

The following are not covered under the Forever Guarantee:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged pieces due to wear and tear
• Pieces that have been altered, repaired, or resized by an unauthorized jeweler — doing so voids the warranty

With limited exceptions, the Forever Guarantee does not cover the cost of postage, insurance, and delivery to our facilities.

How to verify your Maui Divers Jewelry is authentic

Every authentic Maui Divers Jewelry piece carries our trademark stamp, typically located on the back or inside of the piece.

Mailing jewelry for repair — international shipping restrictions

If you are mailing jewelry to us from outside the United States, please note that we cannot receive or send Hawaiian black coral or mother of pearl jewelry due to government regulations. These items may only be mailed for cleaning, polishing, or repair within the U.S. and must be returned there. Alternatively, you may bring them to any of our stores in Hawaiʻi.
