At Maui Divers Jewelry, we offer 30 day returns, so that you can make sure your purchase is just right. We take pride that our jewelry is produced with exceptional standards!
All regular priced item returns:
- Return and exchanges can only be made, with a receipt,
- Within 30 days of the original date of purchase and
- In perfect saleable condition:
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
- With limited exceptions, customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
- Original sales receipt is required for a return or exchange transaction. If a credit card is used for the original purchase, the same credit card must be presented at the time of the return or exchange.
FINAL SALE or Clearance items are not eligible for returns.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for gift cards, special orders, discounted (including promotional and merchandise), gift with purchase and altered jewelry.
Maui Divers Jewelry offers extended sizing which may be subject to an additional cost. Any subsequent resizes after purchase will incur an additional charge. Please note some styles cannot be resized due to their design.
Once a transaction has processed, the customer has agreed to pay the said price of the order.
From time to time, we do offer various discounts through sales/promotions. To be fair to all our customers, we do not adjust the price of orders that were not placed during the given promotional period. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have further clarifications on an order.

Online orders can not be returned or refunded in Store.
Purchases from AFEES and NEX may only be returned at the original store. No returns or exchanges are accepted for gift cards, special orders, discounted (including promotional and merchandise), gift with purchase and altered jewelry.
Effective July 1, 2018 Oahu business are required by law to charge customers 15 cents per reusable checkout bag at point of sale.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or at any Maui Divers Jewelry store or retail location, and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused portion of the gift card will remain available for future purchases under the same gift card reference code. Maui Divers Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Online Gift Cards are Final Sale and may only be used at www.MauiDivers.com.

Curbside Pick Up Orders: Once you place your curbside pickup order, we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received.
When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a "Ready for Pick Up" email with instructions for picking up your order. Depending on what time your order is placed and when pickup location is open, your order may not be ready until the following business day.
We will hold your order for 7 days. Items that are not picked up will be canceled and the payment method you provided at the time of the order will be refunded.
