We guarantee our merchandise forever against defects in workmanship or materials. Please note that lost or stolen jewelry does not qualify for replacement under our forever guarantee.

Return and exchanges can only be made, with a receipt, within 30 days of the original date of purchase and in perfect saleable condition. With limited exceptions, customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
Once a transaction has processed, the customer has agreed to pay the said price of the order.
From time to time, we do offer various discounts through sales/promotions. To be fair to all our customers, we do not adjust the price of orders that were not placed during the given promotional period. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have further clarifications on an order.
Items marked “FINAL SALE or Clearance” are not eligible for returns or price adjustments.
Original sales receipt is required for a return or exchange transaction. If a credit card is used for the original purchase, the same credit card must be presented at the time of the return or exchange.

Effective July 1, 2018 Oahu business are required by law to charge customers 15 cents per reusable checkout bag at point of sale.

Curbside Pick Up Orders:Once you place your curbside pickup order, we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received.
When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a "Ready for Pick Up" email with instructions for picking up your order. Depending on what time your order is placed and when pickup location is open, your order may not be ready until the following business day.
We will hold your order for 7 days. Items that are not picked up will be canceled and the payment method you provided at the time of the order will be refunded.
