“I need help with jewelry I purchased in a Maui Divers Jewelry store. Who should I contact about this?”

“Are Maui Divers Jewelry pieces gold plated, gold filled, or solid 14k gold?”

Maui Divers Jewelry's 14k gold pieces are crafted in solid 14k gold. We do not gold plate or gold fill any of our 14k gold pieces.

“Do you offer military and Kamaʻaina discounts?”

Yes, we are proud to offer military and Kamaʻaina discounts. Please contact our team for details.

“I opened an oyster in-store, can I still have my pearls mounted?”

Yes, you can! If you would like to mount your pearls, you may bring them to any retail location in Hawaiʻi or mail them to us to mount them to a specific setting. Please contact us to mount your pearls.

“I have a diamond or pearl that I would like in a specific setting. Are you able to set it in a design?”

Because we offer a Forever Guarantee on all our pieces, we are unable to place non-Maui Divers Jewelry pearls and diamonds in our settings.

“I am trying to match a pearl piece to the one I currently own. Does Maui Divers Jewelry do pearl color matching?”

Maui Divers Jewelry offers free pearl color matching. We highly recommend sending your piece in to match for the best possible color match. 

“I love this pearl piece, but I want a different color pearl. Can I choose a different one?”

Yes, we are able to create a piece for you as a special order with the pearl type or color of your choice. Keep in mind that pricing varies between pearls.

"Does Maui Divers Jewelry offer free ring resizing?"

We offer free ring resizing on all our rings. Rings have sizing limitations, and charges may be incurred when sizing is outside of these limitations.

“Are the prices for items featured on your website the same as in your Maui Divers Jewelry stores?”

Yes, all prices are consistent online and in stores. However, please note that some items may not be available in stores and are only exclusively available online.

"I saw an item that I loved, but I can't find it online or in store. How can I order it?"

If you need help finding a specific piece you saw, we are happy to help. Please email us a picture of the item you saw in-store or online for assistance. We can help you find a local store that has the item in stock or assist you in ordering it online.

“How soon will I get my online order?”

Most orders ship within 2 business days after processing (not including weekends), depending on the availability of the item(s) ordered and if resizing is needed. Our team is working very hard to get orders fulfilled and shipped out as soon as possible; however, shipments may be slightly delayed during peak seasons. Rings beyond our standard size 7 require up to 48 hours to resize. Alterations also require additional time to prepare for shipment. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your item is shipped. You can also track your package here. If you need further assistance, please reach out to our customer service team.

“How do I clean and care for my jewelry from Maui Divers Jewelry?”

“Where should I send my Maui Divers jewelry back for repair or cleaning?”

You may drop off your items for repair at our Maui Divers Jewelry Design Center or any of our retail locations. Contact our customer service team for detailed instructions if you plan to ship your items to us. Call us at (808) 946-2929 or email us at [email protected] for assistance.

“Do you ship outside the United States?”

Yes, we provide international shipping to the following countries with a calculated Shipping Fee:


Please keep in mind that customs/duty and other fees may be due upon delivery. We do not have ways to calculate the applicable taxes and fees. During checkout, always be sure to provide the most accurate information so our carrier (DHL) can successfully deliver your package.

“What does the Forever Guarantee (Lifetime Warranty) cover?

We will repair or replace our jewelry, unconditionally and without charge, if the defect is due to workmanship or materials. With limited exceptions, customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. Alterations may incur an additional fee.

Please note that lost or stolen jewelry does not qualify for replacement under our Forever Guarantee.
