I ordered a black Tahitian pearl pendant and received my pearl within 3 days. However, it did not not exhibit any of the sheen or beautiful luminescent colors displayed by the pearl advertised. The pearl I received was matte black. This was to be a gift for my granddaughter’s 21st birthday and I was really wanting to give her something special. The pearl was not special. I initiated the return process and spoke with a customer service representative. She processed my request and within in a day or two, I had approval to return the pearl for a full refund and was sent a postage paid address label. I returned the pearl and my Visa account was duly credited. I would give customer service an A++, but not so much on the merchandise.
The earrings are simple and beautiful. The packaging was beautiful and special from Hawaii. They arrived in two days, which was awesome!

I bought these because they are stunning, classy, and substantial (some other earrings seemed like the metal was thin and more pliable, but these felt sturdy). I love everything about them except the earring post is too big! My piercings turned purple after I wore these. I wondered if I was allergic to the metal (which would be odd since they are yellow gold and I’ve never had any issues with yellow gold) but I suspect it was mild bruising due to the earring posts stretching out my piercing. Odd because that has never happened in the 20+ years I’ve had my ears pierced. Every time I wear these, I have a hard time getting them in and my piercing holes appear stretched out after I take them out. Disappointing because I truly do love the look and want to wear them all the time :(

I have been waiting to get this for a while now and I finally did and it so gorgeous. The craftsmanship is amazing. Peridot is my birthstone so that just made it more appropriate for me. To start, I LOVE Maui Divers...have many wonderful pieces but this is my first ring. I have a very active life with horses and such and want rings that I can wear all the time. I love the MD "lacy" rings but they all have large-ish diamonds, etc., that aren't compatible with constant wear in my type of activity. Finally, this ring has bezel set diamonds and I jumped on it. It is PERFECT...and soooo beautiful! Only problem...now I want another one...narrower....AAGGHHH!

The"Aloha" is very nice but the spring ring and the jump ring are too small. The necklace would be better if there was a 2" chain that was made from jump rings so that the length of the necklace could be adjusted . With a larger jump ring and spring ring would make it much easier to hook it .

The pearls are nice quality however the bracelet seems to run small. I have other 8” bracelets that fit well but I couldn’t close the clasp on the Maui bracelet. Too bad.
