I had forgotten to add the pearl and recieved a call asking if i wanted to add the Pearl. The customer service person was very helpful and knowledgable with what i wanted and sent me a link to finish my order for my wife anniversary gift. She was excited and loved the itemsI bought. It is a pretty matte plumeria. I would have thought that the adjustable chain would have been a bit thicker to hold such a heavy charm.

I am visiting Kaanapali in May and knew I wanted to get a piece of jewelry while I was there. Well my husband decided to get this for me early so I could wear it there and enjoy it for Mother's Day. It is the perfect size for me as I love petite and I also got a whale tail. I love them both! I will be getting earrings to match at some point.

I love the design, but have had to send it back twice for repairs. The top wave began to lift and lost its shape. So, I decided to only wear it only for special occasions rather than for everyday use and it happened again. I need to send it back for a third repair and pay for shipping since it is past the guarantee.
I love this ring! Compliments my other MD plumeria band ring. Fits well but it does get caught on things occasionally. But not a deal breaker for me. I wear it on my wedding ring finger to change up my other band.

They are small and dainty but love them. Only problem is I lost one of the plastic guards to hook on back of earring so I don’t lose them wish they had enclosed extra but will order them on line.

My husband and kids surprised me with this when we took a trip to Maui last year. It's the cutest, most elegant pendant, and it's the perfect size pearl and flower. I love plumeria and wanted something from the trip - but just a simple plumeria was a little too plain for my taste... so this 8 mm akoya pearl with it is just so adorable and beautiful at the same time. love the size, quality, wouldn't change a thing. I am very picky about jewelry and can't love this pendant more!

I ordered a black Tahitian pearl pendant and received my pearl within 3 days. However, it did not not exhibit any of the sheen or beautiful luminescent colors displayed by the pearl advertised. The pearl I received was matte black. This was to be a gift for my granddaughter’s 21st birthday and I was really wanting to give her something special. The pearl was not special. I initiated the return process and spoke with a customer service representative. She processed my request and within in a day or two, I had approval to return the pearl for a full refund and was sent a postage paid address label. I returned the pearl and my Visa account was duly credited. I would give customer service an A++, but not so much on the merchandise.
