Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days (not including weekends and holidays) of placing your order. Our team is working very hard to get orders fulfilled and shipped out as soon as possible. Shipments may be delayed following large sales or promotions. We will notify you of any delays and when it has been sent.

Because there are times that some items are made to order or needs special alterations/sizing, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered.

Shipping Delivery

The following shipping methods are available:

  • Standard/ UPS  (5-10 business days): $10. Service is now available FREE of charge for all online orders over $100! This provides automatic insurance plus a tracking number. Delivery is typically made within five to seven working days depending on availability of item(s) ordered, however unforeseen delays with USPS can happen and delivery times are not guaranteed. 
  • *For delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, the only mode of shipping is via USPS (U.S. Postal Service).
  • Second Day Air service to U.S. addresses via UPS is our preferred mode of shipment for web orders above $100. This provides automatic insurance plus a tracking number. Please note that the quoted lead-time is for air travel, this excludes order processing times.
  • Next Day (1-2 business days)  is available for $45. Actual overnight (1 business day) delivery from Hawaii is possible only to California and Nevada destinations and again is based on availability of item(s) ordered. Overnight delivery service to all other U.S. addresses may take up to 2 business days.

All Customs and import duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend contacting your nearest Customs office for this information, prior to ordering.

For security purposes, a signature upon delivery will be added by default to all orders.  Signature is required for any orders of $500 or more. You can select to waive this requirement by checking the "DELIVERY SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED" box during checkout.  However, please be aware that you will assume responsibility for any undelivered packages. 

For rush shipments, there will be an attempted delivery for up to 3 business days before returning your package to us. 

If an order is shipping to an address that is different from the billing address, we will contact you to verify your order before shipment.

Curbside Pick Up Orders: Once you place your curbside pickup order, we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received. 

When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a "Ready for Pick Up" email with instructions for picking up your order. Depending on what time your order is placed and when pickup location is open, your order may not be ready until the following business day.

We will hold your order for 7 days. Items that are not picked up will be canceled and the payment method you provided at the time of the order will be refunded.
