Shipping Policy
US Shipping:
Holiday Shipping: Order by Thursday, December 18 for Christmas Delivery.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via UPS 2-Day. Orders less than $100 ship via USPS and where UPS is unavailable. Signature requirement is highly recommended for all purchases. If you decided to waive the signature requirement, the customer is responsible for any lost packages or delivery theft.
- All Customs and import duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs, duties, or taxes that pertain to the shipping destination will be calculated and added to orders at checkout.
- Return shipping is not included for any orders.

Item Restrictions: At this time, we are unable to ship Hawaiian black coral and mother of pearl jewelry internationally. Customers with these items in their cart will not be able to complete checkout.
- For customers located within the EU, orders must be above $150 USD.

Curbside Pick-up:
Once you place your curbside pickup order, we will email you to confirm that it has been received.
Once the order is ready, you will receive a "Ready for Pick Up" email with instructions for picking it up. Depending on what time your order is placed and when the pickup location is open, your order may not be ready until the following business day.
After 7 days items that are not picked up will be canceled and the payment method you provided at the time of the order will be refunded.
Returns:
Maui Divers Jewelry accepts returns and exchanges for online purchases if jewelry is returned in saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt within 30 days of receiving the item. Online orders may not be returned in-store. With the exception of Kamaʻaina and Military discounts, no returns or exchanges are accepted for discounted and clearance jewelry, gift cards, special orders, and alterations.
