返品/交換ポリシー：

No returns or exchanges are accepted for special orders, discounted items, clearance, altered jewelry (including engraving), or gift cards. These items are final sale. Gift cards purchased online are only valid for redemption online.

購入付きギフト取引は、同額またはそれ以上の価値との交換にのみ適用されます。

通常、修理の内容にもよりますが、3-4週間で完了します。再鋳造や加工が必要なものについては、それ以上かかる場合があります。
