My husband bought me this ring for our anniversary to replcace my other ring and not even 3years mark it the diamond came out. On my receipt and all the documents it shows that comes with warranty but apparently just cleaning. And just to put the diamond in place, for the company to do it it’s expensive when i have all the parts to the ring. This is not my first jewelry with this company, been a loyal customer but definitely will change the quality of their jewelry has literally become so cheap.

Band is much thinner than shown, came bent. When reached out to customer service (own many maui divers products and not had a single problem) told me to pay to send it back for refund rather than replace with a product that is new when they clearly sent a used/prior returned product.

I'm so happy with the pendant! It looks so beautiful when worn and it also looks good with other layering necklaces. My only concern is that it has a few dents around the pearl but nothing noticeable from afar. It may probably be from the pearl formation if you will.
Other than that, it's a beautiful pendant!
